600g pork steak

1/4 c coconut cream
1 Tbsp soft brown sugar
1 Tbsp fish sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp oil

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the pork and oil. Mix well.
Cut the pork into 2 to 3 cm cubes. Place into the bowl and stir to combine. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Soak some bamboo skewers in water. Thread pork pieces onto skewers.
Heat oil onto a heavy pan or hot plate. Once smoking hot, place pork skewers on the heat for 10 minutes turning every few minutes until cooked through.
Arrange cooked pork skewers onto a platter. Spoon some Sone’s Satay Sauce onto skewers and scatter with coriander leaves and red onion. Serve with lime wedges, rice and steamed greens.
