Either make a new batch of pulled pork or defrost some you've made previously
Preheat oven to 200°C bake/180°C fan forced. Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add pulled pork. Heat, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes until hot.
Arrange corn chips onto a large baking tray. Bake for 3-4 minutes until extra crisp. Remove from oven.
Evenly sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with pulled pork. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and melted.
Serve with avocado, tomatoes, chilli, sour cream, coriander, and lime wedges.
