Loaded Pulled Pork Nachos

You'll have the whole flat drooling over these loaded nachos

450g pulled pork

300g corn chips    

300g shredded mozzarella cheese 

 

Toppings to serve (take your pick or use them all!); 

Avocado 

Chopped tomatoes 

Sliced jalapeno or green chilli 

Sour cream 

Coriander leaves 

Lime wedges

Make or defrost your Pulled Pork Base Recipe

Either make a new batch of pulled pork or defrost some you've made previously

Bake the nachos

Preheat oven to 200°C bake/180°C fan forced.  Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add pulled pork. Heat, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes until hot.   

 

Arrange corn chips onto a large baking tray.  Bake for 3-4 minutes until extra crisp. Remove from oven.   

 

Evenly sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with pulled pork. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and melted.

Top and serve

Serve with avocado, tomatoes, chilli, sour cream, coriander, and lime wedges.
