300g New Zealand pork schnitzel, cut into strips or diced

1 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce

In a wok, or large deep pan, fry the onion in oil until soft, then add the pork and fry until cooked – around 5-6 minutes. Add the cooked rice to heat through, and stir in the sauce to coat. Add the cooked eggs, fresh bean sprouts and spring onions, and serve immediately.
