Marinade
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground paprika

Combine the garlic, honey, maple syrup, paprika, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and oil. Coat the pork in this mixture and leave to marinate for at least 10 mins.
Microwave the corn cobs for 4 mins. Coat generously with butter.
Meanwhile, heat the barbecue on high.
Toss the mushrooms, capsicum, and aubergines in oil before adding to the barbecue along with the corn.
Cook the pork steaks using the 6+2+2 method - on the grill plate for 6 mins on one side, then turn over to cook for another 2 mins. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 2 mins.
Serve with the vegetables.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Spray air fryer tray with cooking oil, or use baking paper if desired.
Cook for 12 minutes, and flip after 6 minutes. Rest for 2 mins before serving.
