600g New Zealand pork mince

In a large bowl, mix together all of the burger meat ingredients. Divide into four large burger patties and set aside.
Heat a little oil in a fry pan before adding the burger patties. Cook each burger for 5 minutes either side.
Meanwhile, toast the burger buns in the oven (set to 180°C or on grill) for 5 minutes.
To assemble each burger, place the burger patty down first, then top with your favourite fillings and sauces.
