200g New Zealand Ham
2 tomatoes, sliced
1½ cups grated cheese
Small bunch of parsley, chopped
1 green pepper
Salt and pepper
8 flour tortillas
2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp olive oil
Top each tortilla with ham, cheese, green pepper and sliced tomato.
Parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Place another tortilla on top and fry in a pan with a little olive oil for 3 minutes either side.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Try with guacamole or salsa
