Slice the Halloumi into 3cm wide soldiers.
Remove rind from bacon rashers then slice in half lengthways.
Wrap bacon around halloumi soldiers and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Grill for 12 minutes (Tip: finish off for an extra minute in a sandwich press or air fryer to get the extra crispy!)
Boil eggs for four minutes and slice off the tops.
