1 New Zealand Leg Ham
1 small jar of orange marmalade
½ cup sweet thick soy sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar

Preheat oven to 150°C.
Remove the ham rind according to the instructions here. Leave as much fat on as possible
Score the fat with a sharp knife all the way through to the ham in a cross pattern. For full instructions, click here.
Place on wire rack in a roasting dish.
Mix together the glaze ingredients and brush onto the scored fat, making sure to get in all the score lines.
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, you can grill the ham on high for 3-4 mins if you want a more charred appearance. Be careful as it will burn quickly.
