By participating in the 100% New Zealand Bacon & Ham Awards People’s Choice voting, voters agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Voter Information Collection: Personal information provided during the voting process, including name and contact details, will be collected and stored securely by NZPork. This information will be used solely to administer the voting process and contact winners if applicable.
- Data Usage: Voters acknowledge and consent to the use of their voting information for the administration and promotion of the 100% New Zealand Bacon & Ham People’s Choice Awards, including announcing winners and publicising voting results, this information will be shared with the event organisers Retail Meat New Zealand to announce the winners.

- Eligibility: Multiple or fraudulent votes may result in disqualification.
- Randomly Drawn Prize: By participating in the voting process, voters will be automatically entered into a giveaway. One person will be chosen at random and contacted directly by NZPork. No purchase or payment is necessary. The winner must be a New Zealand resident to be eligible to win. The prize cannot be gifted, sold or exchanged for cash. Delivery within New Zealand included. This randomly drawn prize is not sponsored, affiliated or administered by Facebook or Meta.
- Modification of Terms: NZPork reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the NZPork website or other appropriate channels.
